BRUCE Design Build specialises in New Residential Construction, especially Architecturally Designed homes , tailored specifically to each Client’s individual requirements building site. BRUCE Design Build is managed by Directors, Russell Alana Bruce , with the Site Construction management coordinated by our Project Manager, Isaac Alder. Our Construction Team of fifteen consists of experienced and qualified Carpenters Apprentices who have a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a shared enthusiasm and commitment for all aspects of building. Self employed for the last 15 years, his team has built more than 250 Quality new homes , of which a number have won Master Builders House of the Year awards.
Russell is a people’s person and enjoys helping others achieve their dreams. A perfectionist in everything he does, Russell’s enthusiasm and honesty is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike. This build was our third, and we approached Bruce Design and Build wanting to have greater involvement in the process. Russell’s whatever it takes to make it work attitude had it over the competition
