The business began back in December 1998 and was running as Golden Bay Salmon Fishing Ltd. In August 200 the business was granted the relevant licences and consents for the farm to be completed and the very first salmon stock was introduced. Anatoki Salmon is set in tranquil surroundings with the sound of the river and native birds all around. It's a great place to relax and there is plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Catch your own salmon from the lake, then have it processed to your requirements.
